The Collective is a select group of dancers handpicked by our faculty at Nationals each season. Chosen not only for their talent, but for their character, leadership, and the way they inspire those around them.

They are so much more than assistants. They are woven into the very fabric of who we are and what we stand for.

From the classroom to backstage, through rehearsals and every moment in between, The Collective serves as an added layer of support, encouragement, and connection for every dancer who walks through our doors.

Their mission is simple, yet powerful. To lead by example, not only in dance, but in character. Because true leadership isn’t just about how you move. It’s about how you make others feel.
